Apartment in Levanto

A very charming and well equipped apartment in a great location in the center of Levanto. This lovely apartment is a real find and I am delighted to be able to offer it. The apartment has original features and is at the front of the house with a pleasant view over the most beautiful Piazza in the town, the historical Piazza della Loggia.

It is a light and airy apartment in a beautifully restored early 14th Century house once used as "Ufficio del Registro", only a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the local train station. Suitable for children and the elderly as the main entrance of the house has just a few steps.

The apartment is on the second floor, and has three bedrooms, two large with double bed and a small with two single beds. The living room is open plan and has a dining area which is modern and fully equipped. The kitchen is separate from the dining room. There is a pretty tiled bathroom/shower room.

The apartment is approximately 65 meters (650 square feet) in size. Open room with living room, dining area and kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two singles, bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a really nice private garden with two big palm trees, a large table for dining and lounging chairs. It is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in town and a short walk to the train station.

Lobster is a typical ligurian stone house with large garden and terrace located 300 meters from the beach and walking distance from the train station. It is located in Levanto and has a view towards the church.

Completely restored in 2003, this house has a living room with sofa bed for two, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, satellite TV, and availability of chair bed (for a fifth person).
